Skype is becoming more and more popular everyday. And now Skype (free) is available for the iPhone through the App Store. You can only make calls if you are in a Wifi hotspot, but fortunately you can still log in and send texts over edge and 3G. The Skype app also integrates your contacts and the iPhone camera as well.
